A number of key competencies are required of graduates entering the Infoisys graduate programme. We would like you to provide us with information regarding each competency, in terms of the experiences that you have had and/or the skills, attributes and behaviours that you have demonstrated when applying the competency.
To answer these kinds of questions you will need to describe all of the following aspects:
Situation/Task - What was the situation or task you were involved in?
Action - What was your role? What did you do?
Result - What was the result of your actions? What was achieved?
Analysis / Problem Solving
(Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.)
Q1Using an example from University or work experience describe a situation where you have had to solve a challenging problem. Describe the problem, the steps you took to resolve it and what the final resolution was.
Tenacity & Can Do Attitude
(Stays focused on owning and achieving key business objectives and outcomes, staying with a position or plan of action until the desired objective is achieved or no longer reasonably achievable.)
Q2Describe a situation from University or your work experience which required considerable effort to achieve a goal. Describe the situation, what you did and the end result.
Interpersonal Skills & Teamwork
(Using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals ( peers, superiors) toward improved goal achievement; modifying behaviours to accommodate tasks, situations and individuals involved.)
Q3Describe how you have used your interpersonal skills in working with teams at University or a work situation. Explain your role and how you contributed to the achievement of the team.
问题比较简单，毕竟是for graduates. 请大家指点。
