US GAAP Manager (based in Beijing)年薪60万
Key Responsibilities:
•Strong ability in understanding and setting of internal controls and accounting procedures.
•Ability to understand US head office corporate policies and implement in local setting.
•Strong understanding of Local and US GAAP and financial policies and maintenance of accounting books and financial statements in both US GAAP and Local GAAP
•Annual statutory audits
•Taking charge of an audit team to conduct small and medium size US clients audit projects or non-audit financial consulting projects
•Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of various corporate reporting on accounting
•Preparing updates for US clients on changes to US GAAP and SEC requirements
•Regular reviews including systems and procedures, accounting records, financial statements and accounting treatments under PRC and US GAAP;
•Preparation of financial statements of Chinese companies listed on the US Stock Exchange in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements eg. Preparation of Form 10K and 10Q
•Experience in conducting SOX 404 project.
Requirements
•Professionally qualified USCPA with 5 years experience or more with a Big 4 audit firm and/or multi-national corporation.
•Experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP is a must.
•Strong technical skills, ability to drive projects from due diligence stage to proposal presentation and implementation
•Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English •Strong and mature problem solving and analytical skills and good judgment.
•Self confident and can work independently
•A great team player with good management and interpersonal skills
•Solid accounting knowledge both in PRC GAAP and US GAAP, experience in preparing the audit in accordance with SEC requirements.
Candidates less of experience will be considered as Senior Associate.

4、候选人年薪为60万，也可以谈
5、候选人最好具有US CPA的证书
6、候选人最好有连续几年的四大工作经验
5、本职位与四大相比，在维持现有薪水的状况下，工作负担减少30%~40%，出差频率也相应减少，即单位时间的收入增加了．除此之外，还会有额外10%~20%的增长。
6、相比较四大而言，会有更广泛的工作面．四大一般都在focus在某一个行业，或是某一个大客户那里，六个月到二年不等．接触面很窄．在本公司则可以接触到consulting/ M&A Integration/ M&A and divestitures等方面。
7、在每年的审计忙结束之后，会有机会同时负责几家公司的ＣＦＯ工作，因而有机会接触到不同国家的准则，作为ＣＦＯ功能，将直接report给境外母公司，接触不同的ＥＲＰ系统等等。
