Age: 27-30 years old
Education: Higher education of Business School, top MBAs (CEIBS, Guanghua, Tsin Hua, etc) , engineering school or equivalent university.
Experience: The candidate will justify of a 3to 5 years related experience:
- Maybe within the teams "Transactions Services" or "Audit" of a audit cabinet.
- Maybe within a cabinet of consulting in strategy where he/she will have been implied on missions of due diligence for Private Equity funds (LEK, Bain or type...),
- Maybe within some M&A teams or leveraged finance of a bank.
- Maybe take charge of the affairs in a Company of a bank net work.
Qualities: Autonomy on the execution, but with a strong team spirit and a real loyalty, ambitious.
Relational, taste for the team work
Entrepreneur, responsibility senses, strong potential of evolution.
