Job Description:
Communicate with business team to ensure customer satisfaction, discover business needs
Partnership with senior management team to design workforce management strategy
Share the labor market insight with management team
Proactively design innovative programs in terms of resource planning, image branding,
Sourcing, selection and new hire assimilassion to achieve business goal
Act as change agent to lead the implementation of the new initiatives
Track and measure the workforce management result
Communicate with business team to ensure customer satisfaction, discover business needs
Requirement:
Master degree majored in management or related, MBA with overseas education or working
Experience preferred
At least 5 years working experience in recruitment or workforce management fields in
Multinational company
Insight in China labor market place
Proven records in workforce management or recruitment related program leadership
Strong stakeholder management, influencing & negotiation skills
Professional services & client delivery background
Team management experience
Proficient English communication skills
Overseas working experience preferred
