FP & A Specialist
Responsibilities
l T&L, payment request review & control
l Project expense tracking
l Monthly review accrual balance with each department
l Cost allocation & reconciliation
l Prepare / control expense tracking report by program
l Prepare monthly expense report by function
l Variance explanation with OP
l Answer inquiry about expense details from different funding
l P&E
l Lead P&E full scope count
l Keep track of manpower mapping to project on monthly basis
l Monthly billing out
l Build up capability in CTC e-Receiving and e-Purchase System for program
expense tracking
l Follow up system setup with India IT persons
l Testing and parallel run
l Support OP preparation
l Support due diligence
l Ad-hoc jobs
Qualifications
l Bachelor degree in finance & accounting
l 5 years working experience
l Intermediary excel skill and familiar with MS office applications
l High data integrity & highly detail-oriented
l Strong analytical skill and critical thinking
l Good English
l Good team player
l Hands-on, initiative and independent
l Excellent time management skill at the same time capable of working under
pressure
6 Sigma Black Belt
Responsibilities
l Be responsible for improving processes and driving total cost out by collecting
and analyzing quality measurements
l Lead and execute projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology - identify and
prioritize issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and
successfully implement all facets of process improvements or changes
identified and implement sustainable control mechanism in place
l Drive the use of statistical methods of problem solving and direct/steer
projects in key process areas
l Review progresses and issues of key initiative to business leadership and
process teams
l Train and educate employees on six sigma & Lean concepts and tools
l Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in
performance - ensure operational definitions and performance targets are
based on voice of the customer
l Work effectively in a cross-functional and culturally diverse work group
Qualifications
l Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related major
l Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
l Strong leadership and communication skills
l Knowledge on Finance & Controllership processes
l 5+ years working experience
l At least 2 years of experience in Finance/Quality roles
l Previous experience in project management
l Previous experience as a change agent
Desired
l Green Belt Certification desired
l Assertive, must be able to drive cross-functional efforts
l Ability to work with limited supervision
l Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
l Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
