Job Description:

Responsibilities

Position has overall tax compliance responsibility for all Genpact Asia legal entities

within China region:

*Review transfer pricing arrangement for all Genpact Asia legal entities;

*Review and advise proper tax policy applicable to Genpact Asia legal entities;

*Work with Genpact Asia finance team and Genpact Global tax team to ensure global tax

filing, reporting and accounting compliance in each legal entity;

*Work with finance team to deal with government and/or Audit firm tax audit;

*Review and structure proper commercial documents to support tax compliance;

* Support tax due diligence and integration of M&A targets;

* Support Genpact Asia legal entity rationalization initiative in China;

*0ther related tax responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

* University degree with major in Management or Finance

*Minimum 5 years experience in tax function in major international accounting firm in China, and

*Minimum 5 year experience in tax function in multinational industrial company

*Good command of China tax knowledge

*Breadth of tax expertise in reporting and accounting

* Strong interpersonal and communication skill (Good relationship with tax bureau)

*Fluent in Chinese Mandarin & English
