Job Description – Recruiting administrator
Primary responsibilities
International associate and summer associate recruiting
Answer application enquiries
Coordinate resume screening
Arrange and coordinate office visiting
Help on international recruiting trip for full time associates and summer associates when necessary
Local BA/Scholar Recruiting
Liaise with local universities, plan and organize logistics for local university presentations
Update BA recruiting presentation pack and job posting with the help with firm designer and recruiting leaders
Handle the whole recruiting process (including resume screening, administering test, scheduling interviews, preparing offers etc), data analysis, and system up-keeping for local recruiting
Manage cultivation process by coordinating cultivation phone calls, gifts, dinner/lunches with offerees
Experienced hire recruiting
Handle all enquiries and applications pertaining to experienced hire (email, write in, referral and online)
Liaise with headhunting firms, external newspaper/publications to identify experienced hire candidates
Manage resume screening, administering test, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, coordinating cultivation etc.
Capture experienced hire application data and update MARS on time with process result
Assist in handling experienced hire recruiting requests from other practices
Recruiting Administration
Coordinate with new hires and different departments in the office on logistics in preparation for their joining US
Respond to recruiting-related inquiries from Candidates, Consultants and other support staff
Follow up on internal referrals and write ins
General clerical duties – accurate data input, filing, photocopying, general recruiting correspondence
Manage, update and maintain all records relevant to recruiting process and the Firmwide MARS database
Prepare weekly recruiting report/update to recruiting coordinator
Expected credentials:
4+ years administrative experience, preferably in human resources, event management or communications-related field
University degree
Demonstrated strong management skills to ensure that a complex process to be implemented effectively
Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills, mature and pleasant personality
Independent and able to work well under stress
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
