OB TITLE: Program Manager (PM)
Organization： Microsoft MSN China Development Center
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities：
• Define and drive product vision, design, and feature set;
• Author technical requirement specifications;
• Create and manage complex project schedules;
• Configure web page structure options using internal site development tools.
• Make strategic tradeoffs to ship quality products on schedule;
• Drive communication and cross-group collaboration between SDEs, SDETs, external teams and partners;
Job Qualifications：
• Customer focused;
• Broad understanding of Internet and wireless technologies;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiar with .NET Frameworks, ASP.NET, XML, DHTML, IIS, Windows Server 2003 and MSSQL;
• Quick to understand new and complex technologies and tools.
• Good negotiation and conflict management skills;
• Ability to drive cross-group collaboration;
• Drive for results.
• Experience of supporting a software product or other technical support would be an advantage.
• Experience of agile project methods (e.g. RAD, scrum etc.) would be an advantage
