Position Title: Senior Business Development Manager [Command & Control - Vessel Traffic Management]
This position is to assist the Managing Director to implement business planning. Coordinate and direct business development activities. Develop relationships with business partners/system integrators. Generate new business opportunities, maintain accounts and develop new business. Maintain frequent communication at executive level. Manages and trains staff team. Provide strategic and tactical guidance to staff team to maximize market success. Coordinating of team efforts across companies and functional groups.

Key Responsibilities
1. Participates in the development of business plan and strategy for the development of Vessel Traffic business revenue streams.

Position Title: Operations Manager
This position is to steer and follow-up the complete end-to-end service operations (including helpdesk support, call centers, field and depot repair, spare parts, …) on a daily and long term basis in order to ensure all contract requirements for the different product lines, to address the customer’s service requests and to achieve/ maximize customer satisfaction and internal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Steers and follows up the overall daily performance of the service delivery after confirmation of On-site-Acceptance Test, oversees daily activities, maintains a survey or scorecard system, in order to create optimum customer satisfaction, even if these services are delivered through dealers or third parties.
2. Identifies potential problems, troubleshoots, escalates issues to management, and participates in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process/design improvements
3. Defines and manages the required human resources. Performs all necessary supervisory functions, develops and implement various KPI’s to ensure performance to customer expectations and monitors group as required. Develops competences in the team, by knowledge transfer or training (Technical and non-technical skills) in order to enable the people involved in the service delivery process, to execute the service strategy and achieve these goals.
4. Provides continuous feedback to management on the overall service performance, including customer satisfaction, service performance, second day reporting, Accounts receivables overdue, and warranty costs. Implements corrective actions as appropriate, and keeps management promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
5. Defines and manages the spare parts and inventories. Performs all necessary supervisory functions, develops and implements necessary procedures to ensure the availability of the appropriate level of spare parts and inventories and the related procurement process in order to optimize the service delivery process.
6. Responsible for selling maintenance contract. Follow up and ensure maintenance services are delivered to the satisfactory of the customers.
7. Maintain proper record of the systems under maintenance. Consolidate information and keep the sales team informed to ensure the upgrade/replacement opportunities are addressed in a timely manner.

This role of the Key Account Manager is to build and grow the company business volume with Fortune 300 companies in China. The role requires solid sales, communication, account management, marketing and analytical skills.
