前面几位谈到了印度人的骗子种种，下面说说最近碰到的一个忽悠的例子。
前几天白人同事刚刚转发给我的一封邮件，是印度发行的一份刊物征稿，
看看期刊的包含范围吧。

光看这些就知道是个忽悠的主了。查了ISI web list，里面没有这样的期刊。它还声称被CAS检索，去CAS查被检索期刊清单，也没有。有点空的无聊就跑去这个杂志网站上去看，乖乖，还有学术年会呢，很多照片来着。看来还是忽悠了不少人，还看到几位国人. 当然不能说人家是骗子，只是愿者上钩而已。偷几张大会会场照片贴上来。

We know that you believe in excellent and serious research, therefore we request you to contribute research papers and articles in our journal. For publishing the paper, we concentrate on merit, quality and relevance of paper. Membership is not a must but we welcome membership from all the authors and co-authors for promotion of the journal. Papers received by us are sent to two experts anywhere in the world for comments and review and if both the experts approve,then and then paper is accepted for publication.
We have Membership of three categories : ( All foreign mail is despatched by air mail )
1. Fellow Membership for individuals : US $ 700 ( Rs. 7,000/- for persons residing in India )
Fellow Membership for Institution : US $ 1000 ( Rs. 10,000/- for persons residing in India )
Here one gets the journal for whole of the life and one can use the title "FICCE" Fellow Member, International Congress of
Chemistry and Environment.

In addition, Fellow Members are exempted from paying the Registration fees US $ 250 for attending the International Congress of Chemistry and Environment for all the time.
2. Life Membership for individuals : US $ 400 ( Rs. 4,000/- for persons residing in India )
Life Membership for Institution : US $ 500 ( Rs. 5,000/- for persons residing in India )
Here one gets the journal for whole of the life and one can use the title "AICCE" Associate Member, International Congress
of Chemistry and Environment.

3. Annual Membership for individuals for one year : US $ 60 ( Rs. 500/- for persons residing in India )
Annual Membership for Institution for one year : US $ 100 ( Rs. 1,000/- for persons residing in India )
Here one gets four issues of the journal per year for annual membership.
Those persons who are Directors or Vice Chancellors or Executive Heads of the Institutes or Departments may send their Fellowship contribution through their Institutes and they will be offered Fellowship.
Our journal has successfully completed nine years of publication from India . We wish that our journal should be one of the best ten international journals of the world in coming years. Therefore we are in search of a good team of editors, associate editors, co-editors, regional editors, subject editors, conference editors etc throughout the world. Our journal believes in continuous process to publish the recent researches and tries to co-relate various inter-disciplinary sciences. We wish to develop various research projects in consultation with various industries as well for benefit of mankind.
If you are interested to become member of our editorial board, please send your CV and research interests to our India office. We wish that all our editors should be our fellow members by paying US$ 700. Editors are not paying towards membership of editorial board but they are contributing for a noble cause towards establishment of an International Research Institute for prevention of Disasters. You can send your membership subsciption in name of "Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment" at India in US $ or Equivalent Indian Currency in Rupees by cheque or by draft or by electronic transfer or by money order.We have bank account of the journal in India as well as in USA. On hearing from you we will provide you details of bank account for electronic transfer.
We also organise conferences.The first Congress "ICCE-2001" was successfully held at Indore ,INDIA from 16th to 18th December 2001. 2nd Congress ICCE-2005 was a grand success held from 24th to 26th December 2005 on topics related to Environmental Sciences, Earth Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Atmospheric Sciences and Life Sciences at Indore, India. Details of 3rd Congress will be announced soon. All our fellow members are exempted from registration fees for all the future congress organised by us.
We are establishing an International Research Institute entitled " Environmental Disasters Research Institute" to work for prevention,awareness, monitoring and management of Natural Disasters and Man-made Disasters.
