•Take charge of ensuring the security and performance of MSN’s Internet services;
•Work closely with PMs to review feature design and examine testability;
•Work with SDEs to do code reviews, isolate and debug problem areas;
Job Qualifications：
• Must be committed to deliver products of the highest quality;
•Should be proficient in coding in C++/C#, XML, ASP.NET and .NET Frameworks. Experience with SQL Server, IIS, SOAP, and Windows Server 2003 is a plus;
•Familiar with Microsoft products like Windows, Office, VS.NET, MS Project, MS SQL, IIS and etc;
•Experience in .NET development is preferred.
JOB TITLE： Software Test Engineer (STE)
Job Responsibilities：

•Lead a testing team. Assist a Microsoft Test Manager in development process, test planning, bug analysis, and coding intelligent test automation systems;
•Build test tools and test environments to improve productivity;
•Take charge of ensuring the security and performance of VS’s Internet services;
Job Qualifications：
•Good leadership
•Familiar with white-box testing
•Must be committed to deliver products of the highest quality;
•Should be proficient in coding in C++/C#, XML, ASP.NET and .NET Frameworks. Experience with SQL Server, IIS, SOAP, and Windows Server 2003 is a plus;
•Familiar with Microsoft products like Windows, Office, VS.NET, MS Project, MS SQL, IIS and etc;
•Experience in .NET development is preferred.
Position: Web Develop Engineer
•Good basic knowledge about computer science, such as data structure, basic algorithm, if use c/c++ before will be a plus.
•Some experience on HTML, CSS, Javascript, if know XML/XSLT will be a plus,
•Server side asp.net database, or other similar technology will be a plus.
•Passion with the technology and eager to grow and learn attitude
•Good English communication
Position: Wed Design
•A lot of design experience, European Design style would be a plus
•Excellent design sense
•Good team working
•Good English communication skills
•UI experience
•At least 1 year experience
