JOB DESCRIPTION 工作描述
Profile 概况 The sales work is to develop, manage and administrate sales opportunities, build up distributing channels within China. Local marketing expertise, initiative, independence, managerial experience are needed to be successful as sales for this company.
Has to be able to identify the customer needs both in business and personal benefit in order to achieve target. Has to be able to lead, coordinate the team in China. Good communicative skills and both team-orientation and independence is required. Has to have the ability to influence others and work under pressure.

Purpose 目标 To conduct business development with local commercial sense in cooperation with sales managers in head office.

Main Tasks主要职责
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets of software sales
- To proactively seek new business opportunity within China
- Implementing of sales & marketing strategy for building channels based on his network and resources
- Developing, managing and co-ordinating the sales actions in respect with the Distributors and Key Accounts together with the regional team
- To manage distributors and key accounts, understanding their needs and mode of operation
- Maintaining sales pipeline in timely manner
- Conducting overall responsibility of business opportunities in China
- Researching and reporting on the competitive market situation and competition in the region
- Dissemination of customer knowledge, needs and requirements to relevant internal interest groups
- Co-operation with peers (Production, marketing and administration
- Participation as a team member in the China team, directly reporting to the Regional head

Qualifications要求
- Familiar with consultative sales to e.g. mainstream IT-suppliers
- Minimum Bachelor degree or above
- Educational background of the successful candidate would be either in business management or technology with relevant experience in sales (more than 7 years)
- Strong demonstration and presentation ability, good communicative skills
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in Standard Chinese (Mandarin) and English both written and spoken
- Other local languages are considered as an advantage
- 熟悉销售咨询,例如,为主流IT供应商提供销售咨询
- 本科以上学位
- 有商业管理或技术教育背景,7年以上相关销售工作经验
- 有很强的说服和陈述能力,良好的交流技巧
- 流利的中英文口头交流和书写能力

Experience经验
- At least 7 years of experience in IT-supply industry with at least 5 years in managerial positions, hopefully with the knowledge of education or training industry
- Candidates with readily available channel for software sales to educational institutes and corporate training have an advantage
- Understanding of supply chain management
- Demonstrated solution sales capabilities
