Position:CEO of Holley-Pharm
Responsibilies:
Following the developing direction of global strategy of Holley Directory Agency, the mission endowed by the Directory of Holley International should be undertaken; Periodical targets should to be achieved by strategic planning, organizational optimizing, industrial investment, resources integration, operational management and cultural construction, enabling our corporation a steady,healthy, consistent and rapid development and lead her to be an international corporation which takes part in the global resources allocation and competes globally.
Job Description:
1. Committing duties of member as of right of corporation and fulfilling authorities outwards on behalf of corporation;
2.Taking total charge of the establishment of budget controlling system、operation planning and performance assessment system, cost controlling system and marketing system, making and implementing the annual operational plan;
3.Taking total charge of corporation and sub-corporations on tasks such as optimizing of governing framework,strategic management, institutional innovation, introducing、fostering and use of the senior managers, team construction of advanced managers, capital operation, defense of legal risks, approval of major investment plans and financial expense items, approval of outward guarantee, major items on strategic cooperation and outward appealing of information;
4. Taking total charge of routine operational management and construction of enterprise culture, enabling the corporation to keep a healthy、orderly and fast development by the effective monitoring and management.
5. Taking total charge of construction and management of various invisible asset management system, ensuring corporation’s invisible assets to be in their climax value, and being augmented gradually, guarding from invalidity and being interfered legally, maintaining under control.
6. Taking total charge of coordination and sharing of corporation’s inner resources as well as their allocation and optimization, ensuring the comprehensive resources of corporation in their maximum of usage value; dealing with the occasional serious matters and exerting authorities of special disposal to affairs of corporation and sub-corporations, working out the temporary measures and giving commands directly (even beyond some levels) when the Board considers a serious crisis is confronted;
Requirements:
1.Experiences in large medicine firms(Background of Chinese herbs is preferred);
2.Experiences on integrating state-owned enterprises;
3.Good vocational morality and communication ability;
5.Good understanding of internationalization.

职责:
1. 履行公司法定代表人职责,对外代表公司利益行使职权;
2. 全面负责建立公司预算控制体系、经营计划与绩效考评体系、成本控制体系和市场营销体系,根据董事会的要求,拟定公司年度经营计划并贯彻实施。
3. 全面负责公司及子公司治理结构完善、战略管理、制度创新、高管人员引进培育使用和高管团队建设、资本运作、法律风险防范、重大投资项目计划及 重要资金支出项目审批、对外担保审批、对外重大战略合作项目和对外信息披露。
4. 全面负责公司的日常经营管理工作和企业文化建设工作,并通过有效的监督和管理,对公司健康、有序、快速的发展承担全面责任;
5. 全面负责公司各类无形资产管理体系的建设和管理,使公司无形资产充分发挥价值,并不断增值,防范失效、阻击侵权,处于受控状态;
6. 全面负责公司的内部资源的协调共享和优化配置,对公司综合资源利用价值最大化承担责任;处理公司临时重大事宜,当董事会认为公司面临危机时,对公司及子公司事务行使特别处置权,决定临时措施并直接(越级)指挥实施。
任职要求:
1.大型医药公司背景(中药方面的背景优先);
2.有整合国企的丰富经验;
3.良好的职业操守和沟通能力;
4.对国际化有一定认识。
