Semiconductor Manufacturing manager/director
1. Hands on management of foundry, packaging/testing operation logistics
2. Solid experience of silicon manufacturing, packaging/test technology at least CMOS, RF and Analog process is a plus
3. Solid management skill and scalability from one man show to larger team
4. Strong negotiation skill and price/cost control
5. Product/Yield enhancement experiences preferred
6. 7+ years work experience
7. location: preferably 100% in Beijing or Shanghai; second-choice will be based in Taiwan but can spend a lot of time in China if needed
