Work Location: Beijing 
Job Responsibilities:
•；； Take fully control on all Operations related issues across different regions in China, ensure smooth operations between different departments, including Technical, Creative, and Quality Assurance Department etc.
•；； Help departments set departmental objectives and follow through with the implementation process of the objectives.
•；； Monitor project resources such as manpower, facilities, and equipment for successful implementation of the objectives.
•；； Manage and oversee all projects to ensure services are delivered to clients in a timely manner and are of expected quality.
•；； Manage overall customer satisfactions and support Business Development.
•；； Directly get involved into the management process for key clients’ projects.
•；； Train and develop team members by instruction, involvement, and by setting an example.
•；； Work closely with Finance and HR functions to make sure business operations are properly supported.
•；； Create a positive and challenging work environment.
Job Requirements:
•；； Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Commerce, Marketing, or Information Management. MBA preferred.
•；； At least 3 years or more work experience in I.T. operations management.
•；； Overseas education or work experience preferred.
•；； Involvement in CMMI training and implementation is a plus.
•；； Be a charismatic leader effective at motivating employees across the organization.
•；； Work with different nationalities and have a basic understanding of different cultures, background, thinking style, etc.
•；； Excellent interpersonal skills.
•；； Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
