Product Director, base in BJ. E13 700K plus
Department Description Drive Best in Class Product Portfolio and support the PRC National Account teams to generate channel sell-in with a complete Value Proposition and GTM activities to achieve business goal.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations Become the product expert and develop compelling Product Proposition to assist national sales team in the sell-in process.
Engage with key work partners to capture unique market requirements, competitive environment, feature & experience enablers that can be develop into strong product proposition to lead the market.
Work closely with the Product Marketing Teams to influence their product roadmap to align with PRC consumer trend.
Understand national Consumer needs, culture, and behavior to develop effective Product Go-To-Market plan.
Interact with region sales, operators, and channel partners to better understand Mot product advantages. Support local customer visits, 3rd party meetings, tradeshows etc. where needed.
Specific Knowledge/Skills Qualifications:
A Degree in Engineering or Business (Marketing) within 10 years of product planning experienced in telecoms, IT or consumer electronics field is required. Industry knowledge of the Cellular & Telecom industry will be a distinct advantage.
Required behaviors:
Result oriented, team player with strong analytical skills. Adaptable, cross functional communication skills, able to handle pressure, a fast paced environment & multitasking. Willingness to frequently travel within the region. Excellent Presentation skills.
