Background:
We are recruiting software development project manager for the US-based leading business integration and process management software company TIBCO. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in an environment with high caliber development engineers based in Silicon Valley. On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be an integrated member of the client’s’ Engineering team and be responsible for the product development in China. The successful candidate is creative in solving problems and adept at learning new technologies and skills.
Skills Required:
1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications is required.
2. Working familiarity with C++； Coding is expected in this position.
3. Proven experience debugging and maintaining multi-threaded enterprise software used in heavy-volume, high performance production environments.
4. Strong in Product Architecture, Object oriented design and programming concept； Modular and component design
5. Prior experience with any of applications or technologies such as BEA Tuxedo, Kenan FX, MQ, Portal Infranet, or Remedy is a plus: Installation, Integration interfaces, Specifications and End-user configuration and use cases.
6. Knowledge of Integration standards a plus:
– WebServices: SOAP, UDDI, BEPL
– JCA, J2EE connector architecture, EJB, XML
– Transactions and Distributed Transactions: XA
7. Distributed Architectures and Integration platforms a plus:
– Messaging
– Application Development Frameworks
– App Server: WebLogic, WebSphere
– ESB
8. Prior experience with TIBCO Products is a definite plus
9. Good English writing, reading and speaking skills required.
10. Strong project management skills required.
