Reports To APJ Customer Education Director
Responsible for driving the customer education business in Greater China
Responsibilities including:
·Fully understand the Customer Education Offerings, processes, pricing structures etc. Be the subject matter expert for Customer Education in the Country.
·Responsible for Customer & Partners Training Sales Revenue and Margin for the Territory
·Work closely with Regional and Country Sales and TSG Management to promote the value, sales and consumption of applicable training offering
·Come-up with Customer Education business plan
·Work closely with Corporate GEP Training Sales division to rollout and promote various training sales programs and campaigns in the Territory
·Work closely with Corporate GEP teams & Regional Management to improve processes such as Pricing, Registration etc.
·Work closely with GEP Global Delivery and Sales functions to provide feedback for improvements of GEP offering for the Territory
·Work closely with Regional TSG, CS, Channels, Partners Management to identify and satisfy training requirements
Create awareness
·A continuous process to collaborate with TSG, Client Solutions Lead, Field Sales, and Channel Management.
·Make sure these groups are aware of new offerings / developments from Global Education, for example the ValuePaks, Company’s Professional Proven Program.
·Attend Sales, TSG & Channel meetings, do presentations.
·Communicate offering and enrollment status internally and externally.
·Work with local marketing to improve the communication to our customers about education offering.
Engage with Sales / Create Training Plans
·Create training plans for the large target accounts
·Work together with Sales to engage with specific customers
·Ensure that Training is included in all deals
