著名IT公司招聘 Program Manager，具体要求如下：
Job Responsibilities:
1.Leads team on Large Projects or significant segment of large complex projects
2.Translates customer requirements into formal agreements and plans to culminate in customer acceptance of results, or have acceptance in the targeted market, while meeting business objectives.
3.Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for their project/segment of the project
4.In applicable areas of the Global resource business model, overall responsibility for cost recovery objectives of the programs
5.Has professional knowledge of market segment / industry / technology / discipline trends
Qualification:
1. Has experience and recognition for delivery excellence and skills in GR Delivery environment
2. In-depth knowledge of the PMI Process Groups; initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing
3. Strong working knowledge in business matters, finance, planning, forecasting and personnel in order to manage team staff and business issues
4. Strong communication and negotiation skill
5. Strong problem solving skill
6. High leadership and contribution
7. Have got PMI certified
8. Works primarily at customer locations, frequently exposed to demands of travel and irregular work hours
9. Able to communicate fluently in English
