the Chinese programs show unrecognizable fonts. I added Chinese language setting in windows XP but still I cannot see any Chinese characters in these Chinese programs.

I hope no need to install a Chinese windows system to be able to use these Chinese software programs. Please help

change the locale (in regional settings) -- westheimer - (190 Byte) 2005-8-08 周一, 12:35 (240 reads)
