Do you know who caused the delay on cncc's bid? Mr. Kenneth Courtis, one of the independant directors sitting on cncc's board. He said no. That no costs cncc another $2 billion plus offering price! I know this guy when I was in HK during the Asian financial storms during the 90s. He did an excellent job advising HK government to defend HK financial system successfully. I was wondering this time he was right or wrong.
