CNET科技资讯网 4月30日 北京消息(文/张岚):搜索巨头Google正式进入中国市场的步伐正在一步步推进。

Google日前公布了最新的招聘信息,其中受中国市场关注的Google正在招聘在中国内地工作的市场资讯经理以及亚太区市场主管。

其中,将在中国内地工作的市场资讯经理要求具有三到五年在中国大陆从事市场工作的经验,而该职位将负责推动Google在中国的市场销售活动,负责Google的线上广告、合作、展览、讨论会等内容的建立。

早些时候,Google有关人士曾对CNET表示,公司目前暂无中国雇员,但Google位于上海的办事处已经获得相关许可。

记者这里特别摘选一段Google对该职位应聘人选履历(Experience)和技能的需求,供读者参考,从中也可看出Google的市场意图。

Marketing Communications Manager - Mainland China

Position based in Asia.

Do you love Google? Interested in learning more about one of the most cutting-edge technology companies in the world? We are looking for flexible, hardworking, experienced people, passionate about Google, to analyze, measure, position, package, and promote Google's product and business offerings in the Asia Pacific region. This role will be responsible for supporting Google's consumer awareness and revenue generating efforts in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in China, through effective and results-focused marketing campaigns. Key activities include organizing, negotiating and managing direct mail campaigns, partnership marketing and affiliate programs, online/offline advertising campaigns, trade shows, Google events and seminars.

Major functions:

* Implement the marketing plan for Google's consumer, advertiser and publisher products in China, working closely with the Google product and corporate marketing teams in the U.S. and the regional Google sales and marketing teams.
* Implement local marketing programs encompassing a combination of marketing tactics including direct marketing, affiliate marketing, stand-alone events and seminars, online/offline advertising and promotions.
* Evaluate consumer marketing opportunities and initiate programs to increase awareness of Google search in China through development of creative programs, brand awareness campaigns and promotions.
* Drive the creation of local marketing communications materials including sales collateral, presentations, merchandise, print and online advertising, and email newsletters.
* Implement the APAC agency strategy in China, solicit and evaluate agency bids, and manage agency relationships.
* Evaluate trade shows and industry events and advise on where company participation or sponsorship would be appropriate. Oversee the creation of trade show materials and the implementation of any sponsorship presence at events. Negotiate and organize Google presence at these events.
* Organize standalone Google events and workshops, where appropriate.
* Champion the needs of the China market in a fast-changing and dynamic international company.
* Contribute proactively to the overall development of Google through ideas and creativity based in solid market and sector knowledge.
* Create and manage co-marketing, reseller and other third party relationships.
* Provide tools and collateral and create an event strategy to enable resellers to effectively sell Google's advertising products.
* Develop and implement ongoing retention programs and manage advertiser and publisher communications.
* Source and analyze research material in specific industry categories as needed to provide statistical support for marketing and sales efforts in general.
* Monitor consumer, industry and competitive behavior in China and provide local market expertise to the Google team.
* Manage the country marketing budget.

Education and language skills:

* BA/BS degree from a recognized top university.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Experience:

* Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience in the mainland China market.
* 1-3 years Internet, online services/media industry experience.
* Agency background and client services/management experience a plus.
* Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
* Understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing markets.
* Understanding of Google's strategic and competitive position.
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing achievements with limited budgets.
* Thorough knowledge of off/online advertising planning, tracking and reporting.

Skills and abilities:

* Motivated and creative with the ability to self-manage.
* Project management skills and the ability to multitask across projects and products.
* Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English also required.
* Demonstrated excellence with agency and client relations.
* Facile with print/online graphical software and print production management.
* Team player able to work on multi-part projects with multiple teams and able to ensure that local and global project deadlines and budgets are met.
* Strong computer application skills including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office.
