POSITION: Project Leader
COMPANY: A Famous Multi-nation US IT Company
WORKING LOCATION: Beijing
REQUIRMENTS:
1.Fluent Japanese communication skills with customer in Japan, being comfortable to communicate with Japanese face-to-face or over telephone, read and write Japanese business documents. Previous working experience in Japan is a great plus.
2.Can make work out an acceptable estimation for project size and effort according to requirement document, basic design document, or detail design document.
3.At least 1 year full-time management experience of Japanese projects. Formulate a variety of project plans and track, control the project execution. Facilitate project management task with Project, Word, Excel or other tools.
4.At least 3 years full-time project development experience. Strong technical background on one of the following technologies. At the same time, has knowledge of the other technologies.
· J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB, Structs)
· .NET/Microsoft expertise (C#, VB .NET, VC++, VB, ASP)
· Unix C/C++
· Oracle/SQL Server
5.Familiar with object-oriented analysis/design as well as the common design patterns.
6.Strong self-confidence and capability to understand, analyze, and solve problems.
7.Team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and excel.8. Work under pressure.
9.Lead and guide project team members to assist project manager on project execution.
