This is way out of control!!
What are we doing here?
why are we here in the first place…..?
Whoever involved in this conversation should clearly
understand that the intent of this topic is to exchange
different opinions on the possibility to start the new
Asset Management venture in PRC. It certainly will not
serve the purpose for anyone who wants to prove
his/her creditability or expertise. If you are PM,
excellent! Tell us your view. To traders, share your
experience (not the bad ones)….
But please be professional and respectful.
Shooter shoots. No matter what you are doing and
how great you are.
That is your job, be grateful, not arrogant.
The other thing I noted from the “bashes” is that
there are some hand-on people in fixed incomes
here. Let’s branch out! Get these on equity side
also participated. Being product experts is far away
from starting and running a firm. Bring those who
have experience on customer experiences,
compliance, projects managements,
governmental relationship gurus….etc, etc. on board.
The ultimate game is played by a team, not one
of two individuals. If you are leader, stand up and
take the direction. No whining and crying!
One more advice, can we stop using the buzz words?
It scares people away and against the business
writing fundamentals.
