FUNCTION
Name of function: Branch Service Manager Post No.:

Rank: Head
Superior: Branch Mgr.
Subordinate:Parts and service supervisor
Represented by: Branch Mgr.
Represent for:Branch Mgr
Aim of function: Support service product sales and participate significantly in the company’s profit situation. Aim for leading position in the service market through maximum customer satisfaction.
WORKING TASK
1. Achieve and monitor sales, cost and other targets on a monthly basis.
2. Support sales of full service and maintenance contracts.
3. Supervise the spare parts service in order to control and improve the actual stock levels, service level and replenishment in due time.
4. Equip, control and maintain workshop, service vans and all other service facilities to actual legal and safety requirements. Workshop, service van equipment and all other service facilities have to be always clean and tidy according to LXHQ regulations.
5. Supervise service engineers to improve efficiency and improve knowledge through constant training. Control the annual training plan.
6. Create, maintain and coordinate local service guidelines under consideration of HQ regulations.
7. Guarantee that official/ legal working conditions are respected. Train staff at least once a year about the content.
8. Control and follow up warranty claims. Monitor the warranty budget.
9. Work out an annual cost and investment budget for service. Get approval from superior. Have monthly breakdowns available and compare with actual situation.
10. Control availability and use of actual service documentation.
11. Guidance and control of staff in service and parts dept. Coordinate annual vacation plan. Guarantee high level of education, evaluate performance and support development.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Education Commercial and or technical university degree

Experience: Min. 5 years experience in industrial products customer service management

Other requests: Very good command of English and Chinese language. Mature.
Capability to work with people.
Flexibility and ability to accept pressure.
