-General observations
The paper mainly introduces that a couple of Mexican companies have successful sorted out the problem, which a plenty of contacts move to China in particular industries. According to companies’ external and internal analysis, it indicates Mexican companies can enhance their competition at somehow and solve their problem.
-Preliminary Problem Identification
In 2001, global entrepreneur such as China has threaded Mexico industry. The mainly problem are the loss of jobs and orders. Moreover, due to the labor wage rose, productivity lagged. Mexico has failed to enact a single major economic initiative in six years.

2) Company’s business strategy identify
3) Internal management modify
4) Workplace condition improve
Situation analysis
There are several cases to provide evidences of Mexican companies how to address the problem.
-Company Internal analysis
1) Product strategies identify: for example, focus on more expensive produce.
2) Operation management develop: quality control, on-time delivery
3) To train workers and improve workplace condition
-Mexican Industry External analysis
1) Taxation (repealed a 4%salary tax, reduced 3% corporate taxes, import tariffs and R&D tax breaks)
2) Geography (closed the USA )
3) Mexico’s manufacturing cost still cheaper then developed countries and decreased 7% of cost during three years.
