Hi, there

I am a registered engineer here in U.S.A, and my family is planning to move back to Shanghai, China soon. However, we have some questions regarding to our kids Hu4 Kou3(residence) issue. I know there is no problem for just one kid to become Chinese citizenship. Does anyone know what the Shanghai regulation is, regarding to MORE than one kid who were born in U.S.A and how to become Chinese citizenship? Such as increased school tuition, medical expense, etc.
