I believe or guess what “homeagain”s points are more related to operation of HGHP, but not structure. To me, these two groups just like Sales/Marketing team and manufacturing/service team in Industry/Service. 获得团队 is more like Sales and Marketing team, which gain business for HGHP. Therefore, it can be a very loose group, but has to have a standard compensation policy to stimulate it. Regional management is still needed in order to serve HGHP efficiently. About 执行团队, I think it serves as a role of direct profit generating part in HGHP. So, it needs a solid and stable team to handle it because it directly affects the qualities and effectiveness of HGHP. Therefore, it needs all attention from HGHP, meaning management, labor source, and definitely “office” type of location. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, California, East coast etc…can be locations for those offices. Of course, we still need a 延安.
