职位一：Adv. Sp. SAP Basis 3年以上，内外部均可，英语可以放宽;
Reporting to ：Assistant Manager IT Basis
Major Responsibilities
Monitor System growth for capacity planning
Monitor and maintain SAP Basis systems to ensure high availability of designated systems
Support the development of Service Level Agreements with clients.
Deliver specified levels of service (first&Second level support)
Use the relevant IT processes as defined within QMP
Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques
Provide operational support on a daily basis, eg space monitoring
Use SAP tools to perform Administration tasks e.g. User Maintenance
Identify and resolve problems through use of technical tools and application of skills and experience
Deliver training (operating) courses as required
Advanced SAP Basis Knowledge
Advanced Oracle Experience
Basic UNIX Knowledge
Analytical mind, problem solver
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient English, German would be an advantage
Flexible response to rapidly changing demands
Ability to function well under extreme pressure
Strong Customer Focus
Self Starter
3/4years experience in Industry on this specific job
职位二：Advance Specialist, Data Center （DBA）
knowledge SAN/NAS management, experience on HDS SAN storage and NetApp NAS would be an advantage
knowledge fibric channel switch maintenance
Strong project management skills
Analytical mind, problem solver
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient English, German would be an advantage
Flexible response to rapidly changing demands
Ability to function well under extreme pressure
Lead and influence other team members positively
Experience Minimum Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years of administration experience in SAN/NAS operation 4-6 Years
