1.BO Consultant
Summary of Position/ Position’s Purpose
The Consultant performs tasks involved in implementation of BO solution as per customer requirements using a predefined methodology. A Consultant gather requirements, analyze the client’s business processes and installs/configures BO solution to support customer business processes. He/she prepares the design of the solution and demonstrates in BO. Consultants are expected to establish relationships with client personnel and to deliver timely, high quality consulting to the client. An individual with an academic professional qualification and with at least 4-5 years of industry or functional or IT skills (in specific application area) are candidates for this position.
Responsibilities
· Gathering user requirements and determining the scope of the project
· Recommending reporting and infrastructure solutions to customers
· Undertaking high quality implementation work in Business objects products
· Resolving simple to very complex reporting and implementation issues of clients
· Provide knowledge transfer to customers
· Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with clients. Works collaboratively with Business objects management team, consultants, project managers, and corporate development to develop consulting and project methodology, techniques, tools, and solutions.
Required SkillS
· Business objects product suite knowledge and implementation skills · Universe development, webi, crystal, Data Services
· Current skills in, or ability to develop a strong technical knowledge of, Business objects product suite
· Windows 2000/NT
· Unix platform experience
· Web servers (IIS, other)
· Networking infrastructure
· Ability to travel
· Proven data architecture skills, especially in relational and dimensional data modeling and physical database design of decision support systems. (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, other)
· Good knowledge of application development
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Team player. Ability to work well with others.
· Strong organization and analytical skills.
Required Experience and Education
· Technical Degree (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management etc.)
· 3-4 years experience building Business objects Solutions, data warehouse and business intelligence solutions required.
· Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities with an ability to balance theory and practical reality.
· Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
· Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.
2.Application Consultant – SCM
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· -You have an excellent degree, preferably in Engineering area
· -You have a sound SAP Application knowledge in SCM PP,APO /SNP, CIF,.
· -Good English communication skill( Speaking , reading , writing)
· - Industry experience in Supply chain Management roles and Implementation experience in PP will be added advantage
· -Your ability to communicate in Japanese is preferred
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
This Application Consultant is an expert for SCM APO/PP module in customer implementation project. An experience of implementation He/she mainly works in the office supporting an onsite consulting team of experts for all relevant
aspects of implementing SAP solutions in customer sites. The
customers are located worldwide so some traveling is required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Three years application consultant experience is preferred
3.SRM Functional Consultant
PURPOSE AND objectIVES
The Consultant performs tasks involved in the implementation of the SRM as per customer requirements using a pre-defined methodology. The Consultant gathers requirements, analyzes the client’s business processes, and installs and configures the SAP solution to support those business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the following primary activities of SAP implementation:
Design
Configuration/Development
Testing
Training
Data Migration
Documentation
Post Implementation Support
Provide product and business related expertise to support the following:
o Customer Demos
o Proof of Concept building
o Product testing and validation
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
MCA/ B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/PGDIE/ MBA (with specialization in SCM/Operations Management)
CPIM or CSCP certification preferable
Required skills:
Sound conceptual understanding of Procurement processes . Understanding of procurement processes will be an added advantage
2-3 years of SAP experience in the SRM and/ or eSourcing . Knowledge of SRM (Testing /Solution Validation) or implementation experience of SRM/eSourcing .
Understanding of service-oriented architecture concepts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
English (all centers)
Japanese (for Dalian Centre)
Experience:
At least 2 years of functional/Technical experience in procurement processes preferable
Minimum of 3 years of work experience out of which the mandatory requirements mentioned above must apply
Travel requirement:
Willingness to travel and be deployed internationally for varying lengths of time.
4.SRM Technical Consultants
PURPOSE AND objectIVES
Selected candidates will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and implementing PLM Solutions using SAP PLM. The role will require substantial interaction with customers and key stakeholders and may require extensive long term travel.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering (preferably with Mechanical Engineering) with domain knowledge in Product Lifecle Management (preferably Engineering product Design)

Client management skills
A good presenter and communicator
Exposure to SAP’s ASAP Implementation methodology & SAP Solution manager .
Understanding of SAP PLM (iPPE, PS,cProjects, RPM,PPM etc.) will be of an added advantage
Technical Skills :
ABAP
Webdynpro ABAP / Webdynpro JAVA
BSP / cFolders
XI (May be required for Integration with any legacy systems)
Knowledge of developing interface with legacy systems with ABAP will be and dded advantage

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The SRM Technical Consultants will be based out of one of the SAP GD offices.
Act as trusted adviser to support customer workshop to understand Technical requirements
Conduct testing , training and support data migration
An expert for development aspects of a customer implementation project.
Work involves supporting projects at customer locations and supporting an onsite consulting team for all relevant aspects of development work which including add-on functions, interface, reporting and carry out technical specification.
Customers are located worldwide so some international traveling is required.
Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations
Key Performance Indicators
Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores
Productive days/utilization as defined by the organization.
· Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable components
Experience and Other Requirements
3 to 4 years in development experience in implementation services of SAP SRM/SAP ERP Solutions
Good domain knowledge in product design in Automotive, CPG, Engineering etc, Industry will be and added advantage
Technical Skill – as mentioned above
Onsite travel to customer locations will be required, typically with onsite –offshore delivery model
Excellent communication ability in written and oral English
5.PLM Technical Consultants
PURPOSE AND objectIVES
PLM Solutions using SAP PLM. The role will require substantial interaction with customers and key stakeholders and may require extensive long term travel.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The PLM Consultants will be based out of one of the SAP GD offices.
The primary tasks of this role are:
Support customer workshop to understand Technical requirements
Prepare Technical Specification
Carry out development based on Technical Specification
Conduct testing , training and support data migration
