Position: Internet Director
General Mission:
• based on company strategy, plan, build and optimize the internet business platform
• Understanding the size and dynamics of the online market, Chinese e-commerce environment, media choice and new technologies
• Good knowledge of building material market and customer needs
• knowing to manage social networking
• experience managing a selling website with proven results.
• Continuously identifying market opportunities
• Evaluating customer needs of Leroy Merlin to develop on line services
• Manage a range of Website content to meet the online marketing plans for all Leroy Merlin stores
• Work closely with other business teams, and create the liaison with relevant departments during planning, implementation and analysis of all marketing activity
• Create the link and convergence between the different technologies (internet, SMS…)
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing, business, or Internet related discipline
• Experience of e-commerce and website design is essential. Experience in Product Management is desirable but not essential
• Experience in project management
• Ability to work in English environment, knowledge of French is a plus
• 8 years or more related working experience
• Understanding of IT internet developmemt
