Implement the systems and processes necessary to ensure successful deployment of BMR and SVA based solutions
Responsible for assuring product interoperability with selected ecosystem products
Provide tier 3 customer support to the field.
Work with customer support and Project Engineers on customer escalations and provide appropriate work arounds for problem resolution.
Work with R&D Engineers to provide relevant information on Field defects logged and drive the defects to appropriate code/documentation resolution.
Participate in System Design Reviews and ensure the execution of the proposed designs
Drive fielded system knowledge back to R&D
3rd party standard product integration with the systems.
Requirements:
B.S in Computer Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
System Integration and/or System Engineering experience.
3+ Years of Systems Testing/Integration/Technical Support experience
Practical Experience in the communication fields, IP Networking Digital Video and MPEG transport an advantage.
Basic familiarity with Oracle, Linux is important.
Familiarity with Web applications and Perl/Shell scripting a plu s.
Excellent interpersonal communications and teamwork.
Ability to interface and communicate in a professional manner with team members and customers Worldwide.
Good English communication skills.
