Product Development and Order to Delivery
looking for team members with consulting experience in the area of Product Development and Order to Delivery (e.g. Logistics, Manufacturing and Planning).
The right candidates have 5 years of working experience and a strong track record in a specific domain area.
have worked as a management consultant or in business development in previous positions
have a broad understanding of business processes and possess strong problem solving skills

take leadership of management consulting assignments and contribute to the development ;Your responsibilities will include:
Lead business development programs
Sell consulting projects to executive level clients and qualify as a trusted business advisor
Take an active roll in developing strengthen customer relations, drive internal knowledge building and marketing of Fortos
Provide coaching to more junior resources.
Requirements
· Proven ability to analyse processes, structures, and technical areas, to solve problems and to identify improvements
· Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
· Experience working globally in a multi-cultural environment
· Clear understanding of basic project management principles
· Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
· Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite and PM tools
· Fluent in English and Mandarin (another Asian language considered advantageous)
Competence Requirements – Senior Management Consultant
· Ability to understand the customer strategies, ob<x>jectives, and requirements; identify areas for improving the customer’s business and offer solutions.
· 5+ years of consulting with C-level managers
· 3+ years of large-scale program management
· Extended domain specific knowledge (i.e. manufacturing, product development, parts purchasing, logistics, etc,)
· Worked in support of business functions that were critical to the organization’s success (i.e., plant operations for a manufacturing company, logistics for a company where on time delivery was critical, etc.)
· Ability to facilitate collaboration toward consensus and buy-in
Corporate Performance ·
Development and facilitation of business analysis workshop sessions
· Coordinating key stakeholders, business project managers, and IT project managers to develop and manage plans leading to the achievement of business ob<x>jectives
· Delivering projects and on behalf of internal business customers
· Apply domain knowledge to improve customer efficiency, revenue, and profitability
· Apply domain knowledge to remove waste within customer processes and organization
Requirements
