Position: Project Assistant, Overseas Project Division
Open to: All qualified candidate. Give priority to those who have overseas
educational background, or English native speaker.
MAIN objectIVES AND DUTIES:
" To manage and deliver new and existing projects through the complete project
management cycle.
" To manage project communications and in charge of business negotiation.
" To monitor and evaluate projects, including ongoing financial management and
monitoring of risks and significant outcomes. To be responsible for co-ordinating
and delivering project evaluations, assessing progress against project deliverables
and policy impact.
" To manage external relationships with Chinese and foreign project implementers
and other partners, including government departments, research institutes, and
consultants.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
" Excellent university postgraduate degree or above, preferably in finance,
economics, marketing, business administration or related majors and priority to study in New Zealand or Austrailian.
"Minimum 1+ years experience highly desirable, preferably with international company and New Zealand commission projects.
"Ability to work strategically and to take a programmatic approach to project
development.
" Strong analytical ability and proven record on delivering results.
" Excellent team-working skills with flexibility to work with a dynamic team and
workload.
" Demonstrated experience in the successful management of external relationships.
" Proven organisational, communication and presentation skills.
" Excellent oral & write English skills
Location: Hongqiao Road, Shanghai
