(1) Senior Investment Manager of External Innovation M&A
Job Description:
1. Lead Merge & Acquisition, investing innovative core tech. companies for Lenovo new biz/core tech. investment directions
2. Already and Lead to set up global VC commmunity networks and innovative start ups for external innovation sourcing.
3. Discover new paths/new biz models for growth by uncovering future promising technology, new segments, products, and services
4. Strong outward working capability with eco-system vendors
5. Global role and working global network but base in Beijing, travel SV, US, China and Japan and other innovation sites
Requirement and skills:
1. PhD or Master degree from an oversea universities, majoring in Computer Science or Internet, EE
2. Have 2-5 working experience in VC/bankers, or already build his/her own VC communities networks and hi-tech. start up companies,
3. Strong outward working capability with eco-system vendors
4. Strong strategic biz models, strategic tech. straetgy sense or experience, familiar with all the processes of IT eco-system
5. Fluent English in spoken / writing / listening
6. MNC background or famous university preferred
7. Global role and working global network but based in Beijing
(2)Senior Manager of External Innovation & Strategic Technology Alliance
Job Description:
1. Lenovo Global Strategic technical alliance and external innovation management
2. Support head to work on R&T external Innovation with IT eco-system partners of full value chains
3. Strong outward working capability with eco-system vendors
4. Prepare analysis and track the cutting-edge technology and industrial environment, and identify potential investment areas for R&T
5. Have experience in Merge & Acquisition, Investing in TMT field
6. Global role and working global network but base in Beijing, travel SV, US, China and Japan and other innovation sites
Requirements and skills:
1. PhD or Master degree from an oversea universities, majoring in Computer Science or Internet, EE
2. Strong strategic research sense or experience, familiar with all the processes of IT eco-system
3. Fluent English in spoken / writing / listening
4. MNC background or famous university preferred
5. Global role and working network but based in Beijing
