Job Title/Grade: Principal Operation Program Manager
• Business Unit/Team: G&A, Operation
• Position opening: 1
• Location: Shanghai
• Report to Operation Director
General Description:
The role will be responsible for the execution of a variety of COE operation programs, projects and initiatives assignments. Has overall responsibility for successfully delivering committed capabilities to the business Units through flawlessly executed initiatives. Will lead COE operation program management, project integration, communications, metrics and reporting on COE level. Will assure COE investments result in business benefits, have a strong understanding of the business operation domain, and manage the project relationship with the business partners.
Key Responsible
Assure project teams successfully deliver committed capabilities to the Business Units through flawlessly executed initiatives.
Establish metrics, procedures and guidelines for planning, scheduling, estimating, costing, project accounting, risk assessment, and quality processes to ensure consistency across program/project portfolio.
Responsible for the accurate reporting of project and program progress against business commitments.
Verify that project plans account for dependent activities
Monitor project plans, dependencies, milestones, risks and tollgates
Coordinate involvement of other internal team members on projects, such as IT, facility and Admin.
Monitor the program key milestones and deliverables on a weekly basis to identify at risk items and provide assistance
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
5-8 years related experience in operation, project management; ideally have hands on experience in IT, Facility, Admin in multi-national company
Excellent communication, negotiating and interviewing skills required.
Good English communication skills
Excellent customer service skills required.
Passion and sense of urgency, quick in responding
Knowledge of IT and facility practices is preferred.
Exposure in Hi-Tech industry is a plus
