Responsibilities:
1.Establish the Goals and direction of one business segment and align the team towards achieving those objectives of Online & Taobao team
2.Drive the Achievement of Revenue and profitability targets
3.Forecast the staffing needs in advance and hire proactively to fulfill the needs of the team
4.Coach, mentor and develop direct reports (sales managers)
5.Motivate the entire team towards performing at their best and proactively work towards retaining the best talent and providing them a robust career path
6.Resolve issues and eliminate barriers to allow the team to perform efficiently
Qualifications:
1.Graduate / Post Graduate with min. 10+years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years two-level people management experience
2.BA and above degree, MBAs preferred
3.Strong Drive for Results
4.Strong Command Skills
5.Ability to Build effective teams and develop direct reports
6.Strong Business Acumen
7.Good Strategic Agility
