Primary Responsibilities
1. Provide statistical consulting and implementation of statistical analysis work according to the requirements of different projects
2. Responsible for the formulation and upgrading of SOP and SAS statistical works
3. Provide statistics-related projects and consulting services for clients, including but not limited to clinical research, market research, and project analysis
4. Responsible for the statistical design, formulate SAP, and other works including research project, reports, statistical analysis charts, and so on
5. Establish, improve and upgrade the statistical SOP, establish and maintain statistical macro library, responsible for the company SAS technical work such as programming, testing and training
6. Participated in various project meetings as a Statistician, maintain good relationship with clients and professionals, protect interests of the company spontaneously
7. Assist DM for data management, direct involvement with the company's business promotion and customer maintenance work
8. Strictly in accordance with company rules, regulations, and related SOP

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

1. Statistics or related fields, Master degree or above
2. At least 5 years experience, Rich in pharmaceutical industry knowledge and management experience
3. Rich statistical work experience, proficient in SAS software and statistical design and analysis of the project, be able to build and maintain database libraries, proficient in data management in clinical trials, phase 1-IV , rich clinical database experiences in management, maintenance and operation
4. English, be able to fluently communicate in English-speaking environment
5. Proficient in SAS programming, WINDOWS system, and be able to work under UNIX environment
