Description
Manages exempt Individual Contributions (IC)s and/ or supervisors that are responsible for the systems software development and test function, including the design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and validation of software/firmware deliverables for ProLiant Servers. Plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of team located in region. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Masters degree preferred. Eight plus years minimum related experience with three plus years management experience.

Actively bridges technical and business cultures and perspectives to promote cross-organizational collaboration

Job Description
- 能够分解客户的需求，并转化为技术语言与之相对应的不同研发部门或供应商沟通立项。
•制定客户化的项目，确定运作范围。
•根据立项俘获和分享IP架构
•产生和创新解决方案解决复杂问题
•监测实施过程项目架构和操作范围.
Qualifications
- 良好的沟通能力，能够在高层客户前讲演HP设计的领先优势和客户利益。
- 能够领导与项目相关的部门，人员，设计架构和大中型的IT解决方案，有可能涉及多个技术领域。
- 能够同时高效管理多个项目顺利进行。
- 能够独立运作或领导项目组，并发展和管理内外部的不同工作组。
- 需要有很强的自我激励，责任感和独立性。
- 熟练的中英文沟通能力。
Education and Qualification:
- 计算机或电子工程领域的本科或研究生学位.
- 拥有工商管理学位更优。
- 至少6-10年的工业标准服务器技术领域的工作经验
