Assistant Consultant、Consultant、Senior Consultant职责：
1) Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for assignments
2) Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile
3) Contact clients actively to ensure new job orders, assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship
4) Conduct interviews with possible candidates, be able to give the client a good impression of the candidate & his qualities and make a successful match
5) Handle recruitment assignments independently
要求：
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) Good English language ability (spoken and written)
3) Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines
4) High-energy team pla<x>yer who can be successful in a fast paced environment
5) Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team
6) Good Common sense and eager to learn
5) 3 years above Headhunter、recruitment、Sales experience
Researcher职责：
1) Conduct primary & secondary research as assigned
2) Make presentations as and when required
3) Conduct cold calls telephonically
4) Prepare and update research documents as per the company processes and instructions
5) To participate & conduct activities in the pre –selection process for candidates. These activities would include sourcing, initial screenings, interviewing, testing, reference checking, interview coordination etc.
6) Handle basic client co-ordination as and when required
7) Invoicing and other administrative work
要求：
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 0 – 3yrs experience, preferably in a frontline role in Sales or Client Relationship or headhunter or recruitment in the target industry
3) Good command of English
4) Team pla<x>yer and able to work under high pressure
