• Provide application level maintenance in production environment.
• Install/upgrade the WAS/DM based on the requirements

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide competitive, efficient and high quality service through best practice, standardization and automation
- Assist in identification of problems related to product/service installation, update configuration operations performance or other aspects of information technology products & services
- Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction -
- Interfaces with 3rd party support vendors for problem resolution
- Assist in implementation & maintenance of the business recovery plan & procedures for minor systems.
