XX China (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (XX China - Tech), a wholly owned subsidiary of XX China Inc. in the U.S. (XX China - U.S.), was established in Xiamen, China at the end of 2003 as a wholly owned foreign enterprise operating in China. Both XX China - Tech and XX China - U.S. are subsidiaries of XX Inc.
Job Responsibilities：
1. Assist inbound customer chat/calls including but not limited to helping customers navigate the web site, understand and explain the application process.
2. Identifying potential issues that adversely affect our customers and reporting them immediately.
Qualification：
1. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
2. Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work independently
3. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
4. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), excellent keyboard skills;
5. Bachelor Degree
• 3 years and above of prior customer service experience in call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adheres to production/performance standards.
• Team player, focused on results.
• Must be available for any shift which could include but not limited to Saturday’s, Sunday’s, holiday’ evenings and night shifts
Candidate is Filipino will be good!
