Responsibilities:
• Drive and evolve the overall network/telecom/data center service roadmap with business demands and new technology initiatives
• Design the new network/telecom/data center services and roll out to Lenovo globally
• Keep the network/telecom/data center service catalogue up-to-date
• Optimize the existing process structure to be more service-oriented
• Monitor and report the existing services SLAs
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in Computer/Telecommunication, preferably with post-graduate qualifications
• Strong understanding of networking, telecom and data center technologies trend and regulatory environment locally and internationally
• Have experiences on services design and services delivery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
