Service Group Technical Director
Build up the new function/department with the following team to support the warranty cost effective and services business Revenue growth
1. Enhance service group’s technical competency, including the competency of functions of call center, repair centers, trainings of technical support center, and technical elevation handling, etc.
2. Provide technical expertise of service group to support external partners, e.g. BU, industrial partners, authorized service institutions, etc.
3. Lead services technical R&D team; Be responsible for the development of new technical tools, applications, systems design and develop with internal and external partner to enhance service group cost efficiency and Rev. growth
4. By the means of developing technology solution and tools, optimize the business delivery model; provide the value-added from perspective technical. This is including the design and support of services, solution and tools, build-up of technology mgmt model, build-up and maintenance of knowledge base, process optimization from technical perspective, etc.

1. Bachelor degree/equivalent; MBA Preferred
2. Broad knowledge of the IT Professional Services Markets and new technologies /services categories
3. Good Solution design and software/system development experience
4. Good command of English language, spoken and written
5. Good communication and presentation skills, strong planning and priority-setting abilities
6. Would interface and work with other groups/ individuals, and can motivate and achieve results through others
7. Be positive & proactive, would like to take challenges and able to self-motivate.
8. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding environment

HP/IBM/Accenture oversea background is prefered
