General Summary
Applications Development is an annual $3B revenue producer for HP and encompasses services including Custom Development, Existing Application Enhancements in new and legacy technologies and COTS Implementation and Development. Currently, we are rolling out Agile as our approach to Applications Development. Other focus areas include Application Security, Cloud Services, and Open Source, etc. Applications Development is a significant growth area for HP and there are currently several large in the pipeline that will have a great impact on our revenue for this offering. The right individual can have an impact on our current and future success.
Job Description
* Account for on time and qualified deliverables for Application Development Serivces Solution
* Work closely with global Team Members
* Work closely with GDCC Team Member under Agile process
* Ensures outstanding customer satisfaction results by presenting a professional image to the customer that is aligned with HP goals, objectives and values; delivering quality support and development services; managing customer escalations and resolving customer satisfaction issues.
On Board Location
Shanghai, China.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's degree as must
2) 7+ years of Applications development experience in the field of business systems and IT services
3) Have solid project management experience within a software development environment.
4) Proven expertise in applications development processes and methodology, such as CMMI, ISO 27001 and Agile (Scrum)
5) Ability to assist the translation of business requirements into project goals
6) Have rich experience on client facing project management, be able to manage parallel projects and teams at same time, at least have ability to manage a team to deliver project with high customer satisfaction
7) Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written communication
 Candidates must be comfortable in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
9) Ability to identify and respond to risks and issues
10) Ability to respond effectively to change
11) Ability to listen, observe, coach, engage and motivate teams to success
Nice to have:
1) PMP Certification
2) ITIL V2,3 Certification
3) Agile Scrum Master Certification
4) Programming experience
