JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant for Global Innovation Design Center VP

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The purpose of this position is to maximize the operational efficiency and effectiveness of Emerging market VP office in order to meet the organizational, financial and operational goals.

.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maximize the efficiency of the office of Global Innovation Design Center VP through management of the day to day priorities, meetings and appointments
• Work closely with sales VPs and region GMs on strategic customer engagement
• Partner with Corporate Communications and China leadership team for the development of executive-level presentations, communications and employee engagement
• Collaborate with China leadership team to coordinate senior leadership meetings ensuring effectiveness of such meetings and excellence in follow-up of action items
• Manage/prioritize action registers and serve as the interface for external and internal engagement requests
• Work closely with HR & Finance leaders to ensure coordinated approach to business processes

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly related to follow-up actions
• Ability at a fast pace with flexibility to constant change
• Experience/confidence working with executives
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with executives, customers, and administrative assistants
• Highly collaborative
• Good business and financial acumen
• Understand, respect and manage confidential information
• High leadership potential
