Our client is a listed leading property development company based in Hong Kong. Their portfolio of high quality Grade A Commercial, 5 Star Hotel and Residential properties in Hong Kong and in Greater China. Now they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their management team.
•New Mixed-use Complex Development
•Reporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in their new mixed use development projects. You will be responsible for project planning and integration, quality and budget control and design coordination and management, construction contracts procurement and monitoring programmed.
To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
•You must have degree holder qualifications in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction with qualification of HKIA/ RIBA/ HKIE/ HKCIOB or equivalent.
• You must have at least 15 years working experience in project management with a developer or consultancy.
• You must have practical experience on high-end residential and Grade- A commercial building projects in PRC.
•You must be a strong team player who is able to work under the pressure.
• You must have good interpersonal and design management skills with fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, both written and oral.
