Major Responsibilities (工作职责):
1．Research, study and apply best equipment for the manufacturing process
2．Map out and develop new manufacturing technology and introduce into production
3．Improve the equipment and testing capability and efficiency
4．Develop the system to support problem solving mechanism, visual management and accountability process to manage the daily operation
5．Engage in process improvement project and the kaizen activity, providing the technical support
6．Supply engineering technical support to production
7．The other tasks assigned by the superior

Key Requirements (职位要求):
1．Bachelor or higher, subject of Manufacturing, Electronic, Engineering or Science
2．Above 3 year relative working experience
3．Good English skill, team spirit, open-mined, easy-going, responsible, ability to learn and create
