Job Title: Cost Manager
Requirements
1. B.S. in Business Accounting; or Related discipline;
2.3 or above years experience in standard cost accounting;
3.Understanding of standard costs system inputs and maintenance. Understanding of discrete work orders and related transactions.
4. Advanced English required: the cost analyst must be able to communicate clearly and have excellent oral and written English skills in addition to Mandarin or Cantonese.
5. Computer skills including intermediate Excel and Oracle or similar ERP system knowledge, as used in an environment using Standard Costing and Discrete Job Manufacturing.
Job Title: Account & Tax manager
Responsibilities:
1.Plan and coordinate the accounting and tax operations for the region
2.Ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered to.
3.Be responsible for taxation compliance.
4.Preparation of financial and regulatory reports for management and local authorities. including regional consolidation and individual business unit’s financial statements
5.Work closely with business units for financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis and operating results review
6.Assist in budgeting and forecasting process
7.Assist in process improvements and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
1.University Degree and a professional accounting qualification.
2.Minimum 8 years’ relevant accounting experience, prefer gained in a listed company or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
3.Knowledge in Oracle would be an advantage
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with different business and operational units
5.Excellent organizational, planning, supervisory, time/people management skills.
6.Independent, good team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8.Sound computer knowledge on Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
9.Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
