• Define user experience and design in consultation with Product Owner
• Product complete designs and graphics ready for implementation
• Include engineering and testability considerations in design matters
• Publish designs internally for review by other teams
• Hands-on development and testing
• Participate in Epic Breakdown (with PM, PO and Architect)
Experience Required
• Advanced web design for large consumer sites
• Hands-on Software Engineering background (PHP, HTML, CSS, javascript, Flash)
• Understanding of User Centred Design principles
• First-class attention to detail
• Experience of working in Scrum / Agile methodology
Qualifications
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum process
• Minimum 2 years R&D or Design experience on consumer-facing web applications
• Excellent communication and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Passion for Music

• Ability to travel internationally occasionally
